These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any jeep safari, camel safari, desert camping, tour package or taxi service booked with Jaisalmer Jeep & Camel Safari. By enquiring about or booking a trip with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Confirmation
- Enquiries sent through our website or WhatsApp are requests, not confirmed bookings.
- A booking is confirmed only once availability, pricing and (where applicable) advance payment have been agreed with our team.
- Package pricing depends on travel dates, group size, accommodation category, vehicle type and service availability, and is shared on request.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Guests must provide accurate arrival, departure and contact details at the time of booking.
- Guests are expected to follow the guidance of our drivers, guides and camp staff, particularly regarding safety during jeep safaris, camel rides and desert activities.
- Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance, valuables and personal belongings during the trip.
Itinerary & Changes
Itineraries described on this website and in package details are indicative. The sequence, timing or content of activities may be rearranged due to weather, road conditions, attraction timings, local restrictions or operational requirements, while keeping the overall experience equivalent wherever possible.
Monument entry fees, meals not specified in the inclusions, and any additional service requested during the tour are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
Safety & Liability
Desert safaris, camel rides and adventure activities are subject to weather, safety conditions and local operating regulations, and may be modified or postponed for guest safety.
While we take every reasonable precaution, Jaisalmer Jeep & Camel Safari is not liable for injury, loss, delay or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, third-party services or acts of guests that disregard safety guidance.
